(Abstracted from Anesthesiology, 126(1):47–65, 2017) The characteristics and definition of intraoperative hypotension have been poorly defined. The purpose of this retrospective cohort analysis was to assess relationship between various absolute and relative characterizations of intraoperative hypotension and myocardial injury after noncardiac surgery (MINS) as well as acute kidney injury (AKI).
