Optimized Growth of Large-Sized LiInSe2 Crystals and the Electric–Elastic Properties

High quality and large-sized environmental friendly LiInSe2 crystals were successfully grown by the Bridgman technique. The complete sets of dielectric, elastic, and piezoelectric constants of LiInSe2 crystals were obtained at room temperature. Our results show that LiInSe2 is a promising candidate as an environmental friendly piezoelectric material.
