The orthorhombic crystal structure of Na2Ni2M(PO4)3 (M = Fe, Al), obtained by association of infinite layers [Ni2M(PO4)3]2− to form a three-dimensional anionic framework with different channels running along b⃗ directions, shows interesting electrical, electrochemical, and magnetic properties, with a ferromagnetic to paramagnetic transition at low temperature and linear electrical behavior (Arrhenius law) with activation energies of 0.63 and 0.84 eV for iron and aluminum compounds, respectively.
