Self-assembled chiral nanostructures and their feasibility as enantioselective catalysts are the focus of this Minireview. In accord with the design concept and the requirement of the chiral scaffold as the catalysts, chiral nanostructures such as nanocages, nanotubes, nanorods, micelles and vesicles were selected and their catalytic behaviors for the asymmetric reactions were demonstrated. For more details see the Minireview by M. Liu et al. on page 9439 ff.
