Mujer de 51 años con impactación de aguja metálica en vía aérea un mínimo de treinta años. Tras sufrir neumonía obstructiva, se decide extracción del cuerpo extraño que debe hacerse por cirugía.

Abstract

A 51-year-old woman was needle impaction on airway over thirty years. After suffering from obstructive pneumonia, it was decided to remove the foreign body by surgery.
