Denials of care to foreigners in an irregular situation pose medical, economic but above all ethical questions and policies. From a few cases, we show how caring for foreigners is necessary, possible including financially but requires reflect our medical practices away from protocols. Information, communication and agreement on common objectives are essential for them as for all the sick.
