In article number 1700804, Tsuyoshi Kawai, and Yoshiyuki Nonoguchi, and co-workers, report an approximately five-fold enhancement in the thermoelectric properties of single-walled carbon nanotube films using electrolytes. Complementary spectroscopic characterization with semitransparent carbon nanotube films reveals high-definition hole doping associated with electrolyte adsorption. This finding enables a synergistic enhancement of the electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient.
