A three-dimensional cyanido-bridged Co−W metal assembly of Co7[W(CN)8]4Cl2·29H2O was synthesized. The crystal structure has large channels with a maximum diameter of ca. 1.4 nm, occupied by noncoordinated water molecules. The compound exhibits apparent long-range magnetic ordering with Curie temperature of 29 K and coercive field of 5500 Oe.
