A highly stretchable conductive glue that functions both as binder and as conductive additive in Si anodes is reported by Yinhua Zhou, Kaifu Huo, and co-workers in article number 1704858. Lithium-ion batteries applying this anode exhibit high cycling stability, large reversible capacity, and high initial coulombic efficiency, making the approach promising for next-generation batteries.
