 Accurate delineation of tumor margins is necessary for curative resection of early gastric cancer (EGC). The objective of this multicenter, randomized, controlled study was to compare the accuracy with which magnifying narrow-band imaging (M-NBI) and indigo carmine chromoendoscopy delineate EGC margins.
