Diagnostische Kriterien: OCT‑Angiographie bei retinalen angiomatösen Proliferationen (RAP‑Läsionen, Typ‑3-Neovaskularisationen)
Hintergrund
Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der multimodalen Bildgebung von RAP-Läsionen (Typ-3-Neovaskularisationen) und geht dabei näher auf den diagnostischen Stellenwert der optischen Kohärenztomographie-Angiographie (OCT-A) ein.
Material und Methode
Es erfolgt der Nachweis der Diagnose anhand von 6 Fallbeispielen mittels Fundusfotografie, optischer Kohärenztomographie (OCT), Fluoreszeinangiographie (FLA), Indocyaningrünangiographie (ICGA) und optischer Kohärenztomographie-Angiographie (OCT-A).
Ergebnisse und Schlussfolgerung
Bei den RAP-Läsionen (Typ-3-Neovaskularisationen) kann die OCT-Angiographie für die Diagnosestellung und für Follow-up-Untersuchungen genutzt werden. Es wird eine detaillierte Darstellung intraretinaler- und choroidaler Mikrozirkulation ermöglicht. Weiterhin kann eine Progredienz beurteilt, die Läsion nach Schweregraden klassifiziert und eine Behandlungsstrategie nachvollzogen werden.
