This term is an acronym for Lentigines (LT), Electrocardiographic conduction defects, Ocular hypertelorism, Pulmonary valve stenosis, Abnormalities of the genitalia, Retardation of growth, and Deafness 1-3. Mutations in PTPN11 gene cause this syndrome in around 90% of cases, and less frequently other mutations produce this entity3-4. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
