Comparison Study of Different Spherical Crystallization Methods of Ambroxol Hydrochloride
Orsolya Gyulai, Zoltán Aigner, Piroska Szabó-Révész
In the pharmaceutical industry, spherical crystallization is an important way to produce solid materials with appropriate morphology. This way, flowing properties improve and direct compression tablet making becomes easier. Direct compression is also a good tableting method for moisture sensitive active agents. Different spherical crystallization methods were compared and powder rheology properties were measured.
