(Abstracted from J Clin Anesth, 36:1–9, 2017) The purpose of this single-center retrospective cohort study is to assess whether there is an increased risk of postoperative infection, respiratory, or kidney complications in patients undergoing noncardiac surgery who have decreased left ventricular systolic function.
