Double perovskite compound Pr2FeCrO6 was synthesized by solid-state method at 1423 K. XPS study shows that all the metal ions exist in +3 oxidation state. Magnetic and Mössbauer studies show that the compound is ferromagnetic below 250 K. PE hysteresis loop measurements show that the compound is ferroelectric below 453 K.
