Due to huge interest in the previous session, Chief Editor, Ali Stoddart, will be hosting another introduction to the journal Nature Synthesis, followed by a live Q&A session.

Ali will be discussing:
  • The vision for the journal and how we aim to support research in the field.
  • The aims and scope.
  • Tips and guidance on how to submit your research to us.

Ali has an MSci in chemistry from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in the area of polymer synthesis from Durham University. She joined Nature Research in 2007 as an Editor and became Chief Editor of Nature Synthesis in January 2021, heading up the launch. Before joining Nature Research, she gained industrial experience as a medicinal chemist at Cambridge BioTechnology, followed by three years' editorial experience with the journal Chemical Communications.
